FAIRGROUNDS

1. Extension of contract with Joe Pate for production services of Sportsman’s and Outdoor Recreation Show. This extends contract to February 26, 2007.

LAND

1. Reciprocal road easements with Roseburg Resources. Provides for use of forest access roads.

2. Contract with Ramirez Reforestation, Inc. for pre-commercial thinning work on 110 acres of county owned land near Reedsport.

PLANNING

1. Order affirming the decision of the Planning Commission in the School District No. 9 quasi-judicial amendment to the Douglas County Comprehensive Plan.

PUBLIC WORKS

1. Annual pesticide purchase through Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program. Total purchase amount is $144,904.

SHERIFF

1. Intergovernmental agreements with the following entities for transfer of radio equipment: City of Roseburg Police, Roseburg Fire Department, City of Reedsport Police Department, Oakland Police Department, and Winston Police Department.

TREASURER

1. Self-insurance certification documents: 1) application for standby letter of credit,
2) irrevocable standby letter of credit, 3) possessory collateral pledge of agreement 4) continuing reimbursement agreement for letters of credit, 5) memorandum of understaning.

NEXT MEETING: March 23, 2005, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, Oregon.
