MINUTES of the Board Meetings for February 14, 2007
PROCLAMATION
Proclamation in support of the Oregon 150 Program.
COMMISSIONER’S COMMENTS
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
ASSESSOR
1. Order refunding taxes to Christy Court Apartments, LTD, c/o Christopher K. Robinson, P.C. in the amount of $222,388.61.
FAIRGROUNDS
1. Extension of contract No. 23466 with R.E. Noah. Due to unforeseen delays, additional time is needed to complete job.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Agreement with Shaw Environmental, Inc. to provide system reconditioning maintenance services on the landfill gas control system at the Roseburg Landfill.
2. Amended preliminary order approving vacation of property without hearing. Petitioners: William G. and Betty D. Gibbons, Daniel G. and Donna L. Plagmann, Rick L. and Connie L. Roberts.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. Order appointing Holly Burton as a member to the Springbrook Special Road District Board. Term to expire December 31, 2009.
