MINUTES of the board meeting of February 11, 2004 to be approved.
PROCLAMATION declaring the week of February 21 through 28 as “Celebration of Literacy Week” in Douglas County.
HEARING
1. Second reading on Ordinance No. 2004-01-03 amending chapter 12.12 of the Douglas County Code related to Douglas County Parks Board.
HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES
1. Second amendment for IDU (Human Immunodeficiency Virus Prevention Injection Drug User) Outreach Program to provide that the total payments to provider is increased from $31,500 to $33,000.
PLANNING
1. Order reappointing Jan Tetreault to the Coastal Planning Advisory Committee. Term to expire February 18, 2007.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Order setting load restriction of 40 tons on Yokum Bridge.
2. Water revenue agreement with Lookingglass Olalla Water Control District to control the sale and distribution of water from Berry Creek Reservoir.
SHERIFF
1. Purchase of communication towers from Valmont Microflect. Purchase made through the Washington State Price Agreement, and is exempt from competitive bidding per LCRB rule 3.25.
