MINUTES of the Board meeting held on November 28, 2012
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES – Second Reading of Ordinance 2012-09-01 (Peggy Madison)
Second reading of Ordinance 2012-09-01 – Chapter 2.56 to establish the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Advisory Committee.
2. HUMAN RESOURCES – Administrative Services Agreement (Michael Kurtz)
Pacific Source Administers the self-insured dental plan for Douglas County employees as part of the employee benefit program. This is the Agreement for the 2012 and 2013 plan years. Cost for the service included in employee benefit plan paid by County and employees.
3. PUBLIC WORKS – Order (Robb Paul)
Order granting vacation of Patchen Drive a dedicated road in Dillard Heights Subdivision upon performance or fulfillment of conditions. Petitioners: Roseburg Forest Products Company.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held December 12, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
