MINUTES of the board meeting of December 24, 2003 to be approved.
BID OPENING
1. Bid No. 843 for one new heated asphalt emulsion storage tank.
HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES
1. Order approving the following qualified mental health specialists to serve as mental health director’s designees as of January 1, 2004: Randy Olander, Vicki Rodgers, Reed Abrahamson, Russ Howard, Rosemarie Gibbs, Randy Opela, Keith Breswick, Carol Embury, and James Pittman.
LAND
1. Tree planting contract with Skookum Reforestation, Inc., for the planting of approximately 42,600 seedlings on county owned land in the Reedsport, Sutherlin, and Glide areas. Bid price is $230 per thousand seedlings planted.
