PROCLAMATION – An Altrusan Day, an Appreciation of its Selfless Members
CITIZEN COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. HUMAN RESOURCES – Contract Extension
First extension of contract with Beecher Carlson Insurance Agency, LLC. for county insurance requirements. Contract extended to January 1, 2012.
2. PUBLIC WORKS – Resolution for the Acquisition of Real Property
Resolution for the Acquisition of Real Property from Dennis and Joan Hudgins for the construction of the Weaver Road Extension, County Road No. 41 and 386.
3. MISCELLANEOUS – Reappointment to the Water Resources Advisory Board
Two vacancies exist on the Water Resources Board due to the expired terms of Noel Groshong and Ed Wood. The vacancies were advertised with Douglas County media and two applications were received. The Board recommends the reappointment of Noel Groshong and Ed Wood. Terms to expire January 5, 2015 and February 5, 2015, respectively.
