Order to reappoint Sandy Bratton and Brant Guido to the Douglas County Fair Board. Term expiration: 12/31/2020.

6. COMMISSIONERS – Industrial Development Board Reappointment/Appointment Order (Commissioner Boice)
Order to reappoint Melony Marsh, Ron Doan and Charmaine Vitek to the Douglas County Industrial Development Board and appointment of one new member. Term expiration: 1/31/2020.

7. COMMISSIONERS – Library Futures Task Force Order (Commissioner Leif)
Order dissolving the Library Futures Task Force.

8. COMMISSIONERS – Veterans Advisory Reappointment Order (Commissioner Freeman)
Order to reappoint Cindy Houston, Jim Little and Tammy Turner to the Veterans Advisory Committee. Term expiration: 12/31/2020.

9. COMMISSIONERS – Intergovernmental Agreement (Commissioner Leif)
Intergovernmental Agreement between Douglas County and City of Roseburg for Library Building and Assets.

10. FAIRGROUNDS – Delegation of Authority Orders (Dan Hults)
Delegation of Authority Order to Dan Hults to sign State license applications and enter into contracts on behalf of the County.

11. LAND – Lease (Janet Coleman)
One year lease between Douglas County and Mrs. Mary A. Bunch Williams for the property known as “Bunch Bar”. Term: January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. Expenditure: $100.00 annually.

12. LAND – Lease Modification (Janet Coleman)
Modification of lease between Douglas County and Pioneer Plaza Canyonville, LLC to transfer lease to new ownership only.

13. MANAGEMENT & FINANCE – Order Clarifying County Forest Management Fund (Jessica Hansen)
Order to clarify the use of the County Forest Management fund to support county management of county-owned and county-leased lands, timber lands and other special uses as directed by the board.

14. MANAGEMENT & FINANCE – Order to Establish Predator Damage Control District Fund (Jessica Hansen)
Fund created to account for charges received from district landowners and other resources allocated to the fund, for the purpose of preventing, reducing and mitigating damage to property from predatory animals.

15. MISCELLANEOUS – Grant (Commissioner Boice)
Grant to the Douglas County Parks Department from the Douglas County Industrial Development Board in the amount of $50,000 for the Crab/Fishing Dock rehabilitation project.

16. PARKS – Contract Amendment (Rocky Houston)
Second Amendment to Contract #30229 between OBEC Consulting Engineers and Douglas County for the Winchester Bay Crabbing Dock Rehabilitation Project.

17. PLANNING – Historic Resource Review Committee Reappointment Order (Jeff Lehrbach)
Order to reappoint Cynthia Gardiner and Shirley Lindell to the Historic Resource Review Committee. Term expiration: 12/27/2021.

18. PUBLIC WORKS – Contract Amendment (Scott Adams)
Second Modification of Contract No. 29028 between Douglas County and Sandra Jackson Consulting. Increases the amount of Contract $10,000.000.

19. PUBLIC WORKS Transportation – Order Authorizing Purchase (Scott Adams)
Order Authorizing the Purchase of one (1) van for use by the Douglas Rides Community Transporation program. Funding provided by ODOT Federal Grant #32187 in the amount of $66,000. No Douglas County general funds will be used for purchase.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held January 3, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
