CITIZEN COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. PUBLIC HEARING – Roberts Creek Water District
Roberts Creek Water District: Request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment for a Reasons Exception to Statewide Planning Goal 11. Planning Dept. File No. 10-069.
2. BUILDING FACILITIES AND PARKS – Order Delegating Authority
Order delegating authority to Jim Dowd to approve documents related to the State Marine Board Facility Grant No. 1423.
3. COMMISSION ON CHILDREN AND FAMILIES -- Amendment to Medicaid IGA
Amendment No. 1 to the 2009-11 Medicaid IGA between the Oregon Commission on Children and Families and Douglas County. The Amendment increases the allowable reimbursement of Medicaid administrative claiming expenses up to $92,000. Douglas County must pay administrative fees and match 50% of the reimbursement it receives up to $50,000.
4. COUNTY COUNSEL – Modification with Aldercraft
Third modification with Aldercraft, LLC. which amends the current payment arrangements.
5. HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES – Contract for Personal Services
Contract with Umpqua Medical Group, LLC. to provide mental health personal services. Contract amount is $46,200. Dr. George Middlekauff will serve as the Medical Director to Douglas County and provide Mental Health Services to County’s clients.
6. HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES – Order Approving Director’s Designees
Order approving qualified mental Health Specialists to serve as mental health Director’s Designees.
7. HUMAN RESOURCES – 2010 Employee Food Drive
The results of the 2010 Douglas County Employee Food Drive will be presented. Donated food and contributions will be given to the United Community Action Network for distribution to the local community through the UCAN Food Bank.
8. MISCELLANEOUS – Appointment to the Healthy Start Advisory Board
Appointment of Lisa Lewis to fill the designated position of Department of Human Services District Manager, replacing Jerry Waybrandt. Term expires November 2, 2014.
