4. JUVENILE– Intergovernmental Agreement Amendment (Aric Fromdahl)
Fourth Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement #13286 between Douglas County and Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) to increase the not to exceed amount by $616,533.06 and extend term date to June 30, 2018.

5. LAND– Lease Amendment & Extension (Janet Coleman)
Fourth Extension and Second Amendment of Lease between Douglas County and Robert Banducci. Agreement updates original lease dated December 1, 2008 and all subsequent modifications.

6. MISCELLANEOUS – Library Futures Task Force Presentation (Commissioner Leif)

7. PLANNING – Legislative Hearing (Keith Cubic)
Legislative hearing on amendments to the Land Use & Development Ordinance (LUDO) to incorporate 2017 legislation affecting land use, clarify uses permitted subject to state standards and make minor clarifications to existing code provisions.

8. PLANNING – Resolution (Joshua Shaklee)
Update to the Douglas County Community Wildfire Protection Plan. Resolution to approve and adopt the Douglas County 2017 Community Wildfire Protection Plan Update.

9. PUBLIC WORKS – Order Accepting Bargain and Sale Deeds (Scott Adams)
Order Accepting Bargain and Sale Deed to Douglas County from the State or Oregon as obligated via the Jurisdictional Transfer Agreement (JTA) for the I-5: Del Rio Rd/Winchester Interchange.

10. REEDSPORT JUSTICE COURT – Pro Tem Order (Stephen Miller)
Order appointing Candace Hissong and Jad Lemhouse as Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore for Stephen Miller to serve in his temporary absence or other incapacity from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.

11. SHERIFF – Grant Agreement (Wayne Stinson)
Grant Agreement between Douglas County and Ford Family Foundation in the amount of $10,000 to fund a Public Information/Joint Information System Training Course. Term dates: December 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018.

12. SHERIFF – Ordinance Update (Lee Bartholomew)
First Reading of Ordinance Number 2017-12-02 which will comprise Chapter 6.18 Animal Rescue Entities of the Douglas County Code. The purpose is to facilitate the operation of ORS 609.415 and 609.420 which provides for the regulation of animal rescue entities. Second Reading scheduled for 01/03/2017.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held December 27, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
