1. Order Accepting Completion of Contract: South Umpqua River (Myrtle Creek) Bridge and County Road 386 (Hwy 99/Main Street) Reconstruction. The contract has been completed and all requirements have been met. Holm II, Inc. $7,843,743.18
2. Order Accepting Completion of Contract: Construction of Brown Detour Bridge, Garden Valley Road No. 6. The contract has been completed and all requirements have been met. Carter & Company, Inc. $1,166,719.10
3. Order Accepting Temporary Easement for the Reconstruction of Brown’s Bridge at Mile Post 5 of Garden Valley Road No. 6 with James I. Meritt
SHERIFF
1. Grant Agreement between The Oregon Military Department Office of Emergency Management and Douglas County - in the amount of $384,799 for State Homeland Security Program (Equipment, Planning and Training) This is a non-matching grant.
2. Grant Agreement between The Oregon Military Department Office of Emergency Management and Douglas County - in the amount of $36,000 for Citizen Corps Program (Equipment, Planning and Training) This is a non-matching grant.
