NEXT MEETING: There will be no meeting on November 15th as the Board of Commissioners will be attending the Annual Association of Counties Conference in Eugene. The next scheduled meeting will be held on November 22, 2006, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, Oregon.
