PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

MINUTES Approval of the Minutes of November 12, 2014.

CITIZEN PARTICIPATION ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY

1. BID OPENING – Fleet Services (Mike Blanck)
Bid Opening for procurement of (9) new Full-size, 4-door, Rear Wheel Drive, Police Interceptor Sedans.

2. COUNTY COUNSEL – Consulting Contract (Paul Meyer)
Contract with Sandra Jackson Consulting to provide administration services for Community Development Block Grant award for the Gardiner Sanitary District collection system upgrade project.

3. DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE – Services Agreement (Rick Wesenberg)
Professional Services Agreement with Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. Contract provides $25,000.00 in funding for Mental Health Court Services. Contract Term: July 1, 2014 – June 30, 2015

4. LAND DEPARTMENT – Tree Planting Agreement (Gary Groth)
Tree planting agreement with Grayback Forestry, Inc. for the planting of 19,800 seedlings on approximately 48 acres of County forest land. The cost is $278.00 per thousand seedlings or $5,504.40 total. No other bids were received.

5. PLANNING – Appointment to the Callahan Planning Advisory Committee (Keith Cubic)
A vacancy exists on the PAC. An open recruitment was conducted. Scott Lightcap has received recommendation for appointment from the Committee for Citizen Involvement (CCI). Term Date: Three year term expiring on November 19, 2017.

8. ADJOURNMENT AND NEXT MEETING
The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held November 26, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.

A copy of any audio/video recording is available upon written request made to the Information Technology department. Cost is $5 per cd/dvd copy plus $2 shipping costs.
