1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for November 6, 2019 Meeting

3. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY (Please Indicate Agenda Item #)

4. COMMISSIONERS Committee Reappointment (Commissioner Kress)
Recommendation to reappoint David Briggs to the Wolf Advisory Board. Term expires 06/30/2023.

5. PARKS Committee Reappointment (Rocky Houston)
Recommendation of Reappointments of Jody Morrow and Robert Johnson (terms expire 12/27/2022); Lonnie Ferber and Jerry Chartier (terms expire December 27, 2023) to the Parks Advisory Board.

6. PARKS Parks Use License (Rocky Houston)
Use license between Douglas County and the Roseburg Rotary Club to use River Forks Park and Helleck Hall as venues for the annual Festival of Lights ornamental holiday light display. Revenue to equal 20% of the net revenues or $2,900.00, whichever is greater.

7. PARKS Contract Modification (Rocky Houston)
Second modification of Contract #31860 between Douglas County and Guido Construction for the River Forks Restroom Replacement Project. This modification provides for the pumping, demo and fill-in of an existing and abandoned septic tank under the new whale pond.

8. PARKS Subcontract/Indemnity Agreement (Rocky Houston)
Subcontract/Indemnity Agreement between Douglas County and the Galli Group to allow Galli Group to act as a subcontractor on the Half Moon Bay Campground project.

9. PUBLIC WORKS Interconnection System Impact Study Form Agreement (Scott Adams)
Agreement between Douglas County and PacifiCorp to perform an Interconnection System Impact Study to assess the impact of interconnecting the Galesville facility to PacifiCorps transmission system and/or distribution system and on any affected systems. Estimated cost of $10,000.00.

10. SOLID WASTE Contract Extension (Scott Adams)
Fourth amendment of Contract #30124 between Douglas County and Helion Software, Inc. Term extended to September 30, 2020. All other terms remain unchanged.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held November 20, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
