MINUTES of the board meeting of September 29, 2004 to be approved.

FLEET SERVICES
1. Extension of contract with Mornarich Auctions, L.L.C., dba I-5 Auctions.com for auctioneer services. Term of agreement extended to October 30, 2005.
PARK
1. Permanent easements for Winchester Bay Sanitary District pump stations on county park property.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Preliminary order approving vacation of a platted public roadway in the Town Plat of Wilbur without a hearing. Petitioners are Johnnie & Kelly Mitchell.
SHERIFF
1. Extension of lease agreement with Fisher Broadcasting-Oregon TV, LLC for building and tower space on Rose Mountain.
2. Revised order awarding contract and contract with Talley Communication for microwave antennas and related equipment. This revision is due to a mathematical error, which resulted in a cost savings of $6,641.50.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. Decision on the Doyel Conditional Use Permit. Hearing was held on September 22, 2004.
