MINUTES of the Board meeting held on September 19, 2012 and September 26, 2012
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES – Memorandum of Understanding (Peggy Madison)
Memorandum of Understanding with AllCare Health Plan (CCO) and Aged and People with Disabilities District 6 office and AAA for coordination of long term health care.
2. HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES – Appointment to Advisory Committee (Peggy Madison)
Several vacancies exist on the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Advisory Committee. The positions have been advertised with Douglas County media and one application received. The Committee recommends the appointment of Carla Bee to position #3 with a term ending May 1, 2015.
3. LIBRARY – Delegation of Authority (Doug Robertson)
Order delegating authority to Louise Hughes to enter into specified contracts on behalf of Douglas County and engage in other specified activity as the Interim Douglas County Library Director, effective October 1, 2012.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held October 10, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
