MINUTES of the board meeting of January 21, 2004 to be approved.
BID OPENING
1. Bid. No. 848 for four new full size, four door police type vehicles.
HEARING
1. Ordinance No. 2004-01-02 amending chapter 2.16 of the Douglas County Code in regards to Douglas County Industrial Development Board.
HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES
1. Amendment of intergovernmental agreement for mediation services between the Oregon Judicial Department and Douglas County. Amendment allows for mediation to be provided only by Douglas County personnel who meet the minimum qualifications established by Uniform Trial Court Rule 12.560.
HUMAN RESOURCES
1. Order appointing members and alternate members to the Douglas County Employee Benefit Committee for the year 2004.
SHERIFF
1. Supplemental provisions to maintenance agreement with Identix. This is for the fingerprinting machine in the corrections facility. Cost is $750 per month.
MISCELLANEOUS
1. Order appointing Colleen Puryear, Melissa Chase, and Sid Wells to the Regional Workforce Investment Board. Terms to expire December 31, 2005.
2. Order reappointing Shawn Ballard, Bruce Cronk, Helga Conrad, and Paul Zegers to the Regional Workforce Investment Board. Terms to expire December 31, 2005.
3. Order reappointing Dwight Ehrensing, Ken Bare, and Gordon Ferguson to the Douglas County Weed Advisory Board. Terms to expire December 31, 2006.
4. Order reappointing Ralph Huffman to the Salmon Habitat Advisory Committee. Term to expire January 30, 2006.
5. Order reappointing Maegn Holbrook to the S.E. Booth Avenue Special Road District Board of Directors. Term to expire December 31, 2006.
