HEARING: Counsel
1. CDBG Grant Close Out Public Hearing (Aldridge / Meyer) This is a public hearing concerning the close out of the Community Development Block Grant that funded (in part) the UCAN building project on the non-profit campus. The purpose of the hearing is for the Board to review the results of the project with citizens and to take comments about the County’s performance.

1. Hearing for Annexation of property and Order Incorporating Territory to the Douglas County Fire District No. 2. Chief Petitioner: Galpin & Avery #1. There are no known objectors at this time. This will be the only hearing. No other hearings are necessary.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
1. Renewal of agreement with Douglas Services / Douglas Fastnet for high speed fiber internet connection. Monthly rate is $1,425 for 15 Mbps access. This provides the main internet connection for all Douglas County departments.

COMMISSIONER ON CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
1. 2008/09 Healthy Start Intensive Services contract between Douglas County and the Family Development Center.
2. Memorandum of Understanding between Douglas County Health and Social Services, Douglas County Commission on Children & Families, Family Development Center, and Mercy Foundation, Inc. to transfer Healthy Start Intensive Services from the Douglas County Health & Social Services Department to Family Development Center
