The Clerk’s Office will incur significant expense in the implementation and collection of this new fee and no compensation is provided to Douglas County for the cost incurred for said fee therefore, the County Clerk is proposing a fee of $1.00 for collection services. The statutory authorization for adopting a fee to recover county expense incurred is found in ORS 205.320(9).

2. DINT – COPS Methamphetamine Grant
DINT is asking for approval to extend the COPS Methamphetamine Grant for one year. This will allow the grant partners to expend the funds previously allocated to them under this grant.
