PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
MINUTES of the Board meeting held on August 29, 2012
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES – Memorandum of Understanding (Peggy Madison)
Memorandum of Understanding with Columbia Pacific Coordinated Care Organization (CPCCO) and Aged and People with Disabilities District 6 office for coordination of long term health care.
2. LAND – Order to Accept Bargain & Sale Deed (Gary Groth)
Order to accept Bargain and Sale Deed from Wells Fargo Bank. Deed conveys to Douglas County all rights, title and interest in property known as Mildred Kanipe Memorial Park. Consideration is the termination of the testamentary trust and distribution of all assets and interests to the County pursuant to a general judgment rendered by the Douglas County Circuit Court.
3. PUBLIC WORKS – Grant Agreement (Robb Paul)
Grant Agreement from the Oregon Water Resources Department, Federal Dam Safety monies in the amount of $19,980.00 for Berry Creek Dam Emergency Management Plan. Funding will be used for dam breach analysis and inundation mapping.
4. PUBLIC WORKS – Order Accepting Completion of Project (Robb Paul)
Order accepting completion of contract for the overlay of Tiller Trail Highway and North Main Street, County Road #1, mile post 2.14 to mile post 3.46, Douglas County, Oregon. The contract has been completed and all requirements have been met. LTM, Inc., dba Knife River Materials: $272,378.20.
5. PUBLIC WORKS – Order Accepting Completion of Project (Robb Paul)
Order accepting completion of contract for emergency slide repair, Boomer Hill Road, County Road #40, milepost .95. The contract has been completed and all requirements have been met. LTM, Inc., dba Knife River Materials: $71,364.88.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held September 12, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
