1. PUBLIC HEARING – First Reading of an Ordinance Amendment (Paul Meyer)
First reading of Ordinance No. 2014-09-01 Amending Sections 8.20.040 and 8.20.090 of the Environmental Health Enforcement Ordinance. Second reading scheduled for September 17, 2014.

2. PUBLIC HEARING – First Reading of an Ordinance Amendment (Paul Meyer)
First reading of Ordinance No. 2014-09-02 Amending Sections 13.56.060 and 13.56.70 of the Douglas County Code. Second reading scheduled for September 17, 2014.

3. PUBLIC HEARING – First Reading of an Ordinance Amendment (Paul Meyer)
First reading of Ordinance No. 2014-09-03 Amending Sections 8.10.020 (A) (1) of the Ambulance Service Ordinance. Second reading scheduled for September 17, 2014.

4. PUBLIC HEARING – First Reading of an Ordinance Amendment (Paul Meyer)
First reading of Ordinance No. 2014-09-04 an Ordinance repealing Chapter 2.56 Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Advisory Committee. Second reading scheduled for September 17, 2014.

5. DISTRICT ATTORNEY – Intergovernmental Agreement Amendment (Rick Wesenberg)
Amendment number 03 to Intergovernmental Agreement Juvenile Dependency No. 143662 with the Department of Human Services. The amendment provides additional funds of $13,431.89 that can be claimed in the current grant period of July 1, 2013-June 30, 2015. The grant fully funds a .73 FTE Legal Assistant. Funding has been received from this grant since 2008.

6. HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES – Contract (Jeanne Wright)
Contract with Umpqua Valley disAbilities Network to provide Options Counseling to seniors and disabled clients. Reimbursement of $100.00 per unduplicated client per month with a maximum of seventeen clients per month. Maximum reimbursement for term July 1, 2014-June 30, 2015: $20,400.00.

7. HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES -- Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement (Jeanne Wright)
Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement with Oregon DHS Aging and People with Disabilities Division. Amendment for language changes only to Exhibit C, which lowers insurance limit requirements for the term 02/03/2014 to 06/30/2015.

8. MANAGEMENT AND FINANCE – Cancellation of Uncollectible Property Taxes (Jessica Pence)
Order for matter of cancellation of uncollectible property taxes.

9. PUBLIC WORKS – Contract Change Order (Robb Paul)
Contract change order with LTM, Inc., dba Knife River Materials in the amount of $70,859.06 for additional quantities of general excavation and aggregate subbase for the paving and reconstruction of Old Highway 99N, County road #388, M.P. 6.42 to M.P. 9.45. This increases the total contract value to $1,054,071.56

12. ADJOURNMENT AND NEXT MEETING
The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held September 10, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
