MINUTES of the Board meeting held on August 22, 2012
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. LAND – Confidentiality Agreement (Gary Groth)
Confidentiality Agreement between Dash Enterprises of Roseburg & Douglas County. Douglas County has requested that a business plan be submitted by Dash Enterprises to the County before the sale of the County owned property to Dash Enterprises is approved. This agreement protects confidential information provided by Dash that may be included in the business plan.
2. TAX – Designation of Newspaper (Jessica Pence)
Order in the matter of designation of the News Review for publication of the 2012 Douglas County Tax Foreclosure List.
3. TAX – Intergovernmental Agreement (Jessica Pence)
Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Oregon Publishing and Distribution Department for mail/printing services for property tax statements. The State of Oregon combines services for multiple agencies which results in reduced document publishing and mailing expenses. Estimated cost: $40,000.00

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held September 5, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
