CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – Order Authorizing Purchase (Kevin Potter)
Order authorizing purchase of (33) Panasonic Toughbook CF-53 Laptops from CDW-G as part of the Criminal Justice System Upgrade project. Purchase is made under Oregon State Price Agreement 9796 and is exempt from competitive procurement per LCRB 4.24. Two other bids were requested for comparison to assure Douglas County was given the best price available. Total Cost: $83,204.55.
