MINUTES of the Board Meeting held on July 9, 2008.
HEARING: Planning ORS 109.815(1)
1. Order calling for an election by the affected property owners of the formation of the Lower Umpqua Rural Fire District and the approval of a maximum tax rate limit of $1.50 per $1,000 of assess value. There is no known opposition to the district formation. The election is called for November 4, 2008.
