MINUTES of the Board meeting held on July 6, 2011
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. BID OPENING – Public Works
Bid opening for the overlay of Brockway Road No. 47F, mile post 0.07 to mile post 1.47, Douglas County, Oregon.
2. HUMAN RESOURCES – Contract Extension
Contract extension with Wells Fargo Insurance Services of Oregon Inc. The contract provides the Broker of Record Services for employee benefits. The term of the contract will end March 31, 2012 and the cost is $3,150.00 per month.
3. MISCELLANEOUS – Grant Contract with ADAPT
Grant Contract with ADAPT for early intervention, prevention, and treatment services for alcohol and drug abuse for fiscal year 2011-2012. Paid from State of Oregon 2145 pass thru funds. Funds must be used for the establishment, operation and maintenance of alcohol and drug abuse prevention, early intervention and treatment services.
4. MISCELLANEOUS – Grant Application
Grant application to the Infrastructure Finance Authority to fund an Alternatives Analysis for the Gardiner Sanitary District.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held July 20, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
