MINUTES of the Board meeting held on July 10, 2013

CITIZEN PARTICIPATION ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY

1. BUILDING FACILITIES – CONTRACT EXTENSION (Kevin Potter)
Second Contract Extension with Sims Electric, Inc. Extends contract to June 30, 2014 and modifies the Contract cap to not exceed $50,000.00 for electrical services as needed.

2. PLANNING – DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY REPORT (Keith Cubic)
Delegation of Authority Report for actions taken in administration of the County’s program on behalf of the Board of Commissioners during the second quarter of 2013.

3. MISCELLANEOUS – INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY (Commissioner Laurance)
Intergovernmental Agreement with Oregon State University for a research study related to historic forest conditions and their implications for forest management and wildfire risk.

ADJOURNMENT AND NEXT MEETING
The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held July 17, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.

 

Douglas County may audio/video record the proceedings of this meeting for future broadcast or other purposes. A copy of any audio/video recording is available upon written request made to the Information Technology department. Cost is $5 per cd/dvd copy plus $2 shipping costs.
