11. BUDGET HEARING – For the Douglas County 4-H, Master Gardener and Extension Service District (John Punches)
Convening as the Governing Body for the Douglas County 4-H, Master Gardener and Extension Service District to conduct its annual Budget Hearing. The District’s Budget Committee considered and approved a draft budget on May 12, 2015. Budget details have been on file at the Douglas County Extension Office. The hearing has been publicly noticed and provides an opportunity for public input. The proposed budget would levy a tax of $0.0600 per $1000.00 assessed value on property within the District’s boundaries, raising an estimated $449,708.00 to fund operating expenses of the District. These are dedicated revenues with the District’s voter-approved tax rate limit. The actions do not impact the County’s general fund budget.

12. RESOLUTION TO ADOPT 2015-16 BUDGET – For the Douglas County 4-H, Master Gardener and Extension Service District (John Punches)
