MINUTES of the Board meeting held on April 27, 2011
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. BID OPENING
For furnishing and stockpiling mineral aggregates in the North County Area, Douglas County, Oregon.
2. BID OPENING
For furnishing and stockpiling mineral aggregates in the West County Area, Douglas County, Oregon.
3. PUBLIC WORKS – Agreement and Easement
Agreement and easement with Central Oregon & Pacific Railroad Company for the proposed construction of the new Del Rio Road 0’Xing of Corp.
4. PUBLIC WORKS – Contract Award
Contract with LTM, Inc. in the amount of $104,308.64 for the overlay of Main Street (Myrtle Creek) County road #386. Mile Post 0.62 to Mile Post 0.89.
5. SHERIFF – Agreement with the City of Sutherlin
Agreement with the City of Sutherlin for housing inmates in the Douglas County jail. Revenue to Douglas County: $73.20 per inmate per day.
6. SHERIFF – Agreement with the City of Yoncalla
Agreement with the City of Yoncalla for patrol services. Revenue to Douglas County: $15,448.88.
7. MISCELLANEOUS – Discussion/Deliberation for Appointment to the Park Advisory Board
A vacancy exists on the Park Advisory Board due to the resignation of Mr. Jon Hill. The position was advertised with Douglas County media and four applications were received.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held May 11, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
