MINUTES of the Board meeting held on April 6, 2011
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. LAND – Timber Sale Contract (STRICKEN)
Timber Sale Contract with Swanson Group Mfg. LLC for Douglas County’s South Winchester Creek Timber Sale #284. This sale is located near Reedsport and was sold at an oral auction on March 10, 2011. Sale contains approximately 1.59 million board feet of timber and has an estimated value of $447,000.
2. PUBLIC WORKS – Modification to Contract #26487
Second modification of Contract No. 26487 with Pinnacle Western, Inc. for design and construction management of the Joe Hall Bridge replacement project.
3. PUBLIC WORKS – Contract with Eugene Sand Construction
Contract with Eugene Sand Construction in the amount of $152,979.95 for repair and overlay of Melrose Road, County Road #167, at mile post 0.36 to mile post 0.72, Douglas County, Oregon.
