1. BID OPENING FOR PUBLIC WORKS (Robb Paul)
Bid opening for the paving of NE Stephens Street, Taft Drive and Pioneer Way, Douglas County, Oregon.

2. CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING LEGISLATIVE AMENDMENTS (Keith Cubic)
Continuation of Public Hearing for the Board of Commissioners to consider action to “postpone definitely” (i.e., to a certain time) the 2012 proposed legislative amendments to the Population Element of the Comprehensive Plan, continued from January 9, 2013.

3. CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING LEGISLATIVE AMENDMENTS (Keith Cubic)
Continuation of Public Hearing for the proposed legislative amendments to the Template Dwelling Land Use & Development Ordinance (LUDO) provisions was continued from January 9, 2013 to April 10, 2013 because of the complexity of the issues related to the proposed amendments and the public participation received.

Public Hearing for the Re-Annexation of property and “Order Incorporating Territory” to the Tenmile Rural Fire District. Chief Petitioner: CHEEK.

5. PUBLIC HEARING – Re-Annexation of Property (Keith Cubic)
Public Hearing for the Re-Annexation of property and “Order Incorporating Territory” to the Oakland Rural Fire District. Chief Petitioner: DALBERTI.

6. PUBLIC HEARING – Re-Annexation of Property (Keith Cubic)
Public Hearing for the Re-Annexation of property and “Order Incorporating Territory” to the Elkton Rural Fire District. Chief Petitioner: RAUSCH.

12. PUBLIC WORKS – Intergovernmental Agreement (Robb Paul)
Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Roseburg to repair NE Stephens (County Road No. 388), Taft Drive (County Road No. 335A), and Pioneer Way (County Road No. 115B)

13. PUBLIC WORKS – Correction Deed (Robb Paul)
Correction Deed to the Bargain and Sale Deed with United Community Action Network (UCAN)

14. MISCELLANEOUS – Resolution for CCD (Tracy Loomis)
A Resolution authorizing submission of an application for Re-Designation of the Lower Umpqua Enterprise Zone with the Port of Umpqua and the City of Reedsport.

17. ADJOURNMENT AND NEXT MEETING
The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held April 17, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.

 

Douglas County may audio/video record the proceedings of this meeting for future broadcast or other purposes. A copy of any audio/video recording is available upon written request made to the Information Technology department. Cost is $5 per cd/dvd copy plus $2 shipping costs.
