4. BID OPENING Public Works (Robb Paul)
Bid opening for the paving of Buckhorn Road and Dixonville Road project. Project includes paving and striping of Buckhorn Road from Highway 138 spur intersection to O.C. Brown Road, and Dixonville Road from Buckhorn Road to North Fork Deer Creek.

5. BUILDING FACILITIES Contract Award (Kevin Potter)
Contract Award to Infinity ATM Solutions, LLC. For ATM support services. There was one responsive bid received for RFP #85, issued on March 7, 2016 for ATM and support services.

6. PLANNING Subcontract Request (Keith Cubic)
Public hearing on March 2, 2016, a formal, written request for approval of a new subcontractor to provide ambulance service in four Ambulance Service Areas (ASA) was received. The request was properly submitted and meets the standards of the Douglas County ASA Ordinance. The proposed subcontractor Metro West/Bay Cities is qualified to provide the proposed service.

7. PLANNING 2015 Annual Report (Keith Cubic)

8. PUBLIC WORKS Certifications & Assurances (Robb Paul)
Certifications & Assurances for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for funding in Fiscal Year 2016. Documentation is required to be compliant with all FTA funding and all FTA Grantees with an active Capital or Formula project.

9. MISCELLANEOUS Extension of Contract (Commissioner Boice)
Douglas County, on behalf of the Douglas County Industrial Development Board (DCIDB), contracted with DK Reed Investments, LLC for realtor services to list and market a portion of the South Umpqua Industrial Park. The Contract has expired and the DCIDB recommends that the contract be extended to March 1, 2017.

10. MISCELLANEOUS Reappointment (Commissioner Freeman)
A vacancy exists on the Darley Drive Special Road District due to the expired term of Tom Wimberly. Mr. Wimberly wishes to be reappointed to a new term that would end December 31, 2018.

11. MISCELLANEOUS Reappointment (Commissioner Freeman)
A vacancy exists on Sable Drive Special Road District due to the expired term of Andy Anderson. Mr. Anderson would like to be reappointed to a new term that would end December 31, 2018.

14. ADJOURNMENT AND NEXT MEETING
The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held April 13, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR. The meeting is available via Video Conferencing to Reedsport citizens at the Reedsport Annex, 680 Fir Street, Reedsport, OR.

Convene as the Governing Body for the Douglas County 4-H, Master Gardener and Extension Service District.
