MINUTES of the Board meeting held on March 28, 2012
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. BID OPENING – (Robb Paul)
Reconstruction of Hastings Avenue, Douglas County, Oregon.
2. Human Resources – Agreement (Jim Bruce)
The collective bargaining agreement between Douglas County and the Douglas County Law Enforcement Association. Effective July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2012.
3. LAND – Contract (Gary Groth)
Timber Sale Contract with Douglas County Forest Products for Sutherlin Creek Timber Sale #286. This sale was sold at an oral auction on March 8, 2012. Estimated volume of timber to be removed is 775,000 board feet and estimated value is $265,825.00. Contract expires September 15, 2013.
4. PUBLIC WORKS – Intergovernmental Agreement (Robb Paul)
Intergovernmental Agreement with Oregon Department of Transportation for Right of Way services at Cavitt Creek Covered Bridge.
5. PUBLIC WORKS – Intergovernmental Agreement (Robb Paul)
Intergovernmental Agreement with Oregon Department of Transportation for Right of Way Services at Neal Lane Covered Bridge.
6. PUBLIC WORKS – Intergovernmental Agreement (Robb Paul)
Intergovernmental Agreement with Oregon Department of Transportation for Right of Way Services at Rochester Covered Bridge.
