CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. PUBLIC HEARING – Annexation of Property (Keith Cubic)
Hearing for Annexation of Property to the Myrtle Creek Rural Fire District. Chief Petitioner: COLLINS.
2. PUBLIC HEARING – Plan Amendment and Zone Change (Keith Cubic)
On February 16, 2012 the Planning Commission approved the Patricia J. Anderes request for a Plan Amendment from Farm Forest Transitional to Rural Residential – 5 acres and Zone Change from FF to 5R, based on a Non-Resource Determination, on a 43.75 acre parcel located on Old Melrose County Road No. 13B, west of Roseburg.
3. PARKS AND FACILITIES – License Agreement (Jim Dowd)
License agreement between the Coast Guard and Douglas County covering the use of certain property at the Coast Guard Umpqua River Lighthouse Station.
