2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for March 4, 2020 Meeting

3. PROCLAMATION Youth With Disabilities Awareness Day (Commissioner Boice)


5. BUILDING FACILITIES Contract (David Palmer)
Contract #30000219 between Douglas County and Trane U.S. Inc. to replace the Honeywell controllers with Trane Unit Controllers that communicate over a BACnet network to a Trane Tracer Ensemble Supervisory System.

6. COMMISSIONERS Grant Agreement (Commissioner Boice)
Grant Agreement between Douglas County and Speedway, LLC for $60,520.00 in funding assistance for the Development Backbone Contract with Pacific Power.

7. HUMAN RESOURCES Contract Modification (Paul van Dyk)
First Modification of Contract #31896 between Douglas County and Procor Solutions + Consulting, a Division of Hull & Company, LLC to increase not to exceed limit to $100,000.00. All other terms remain unchanged.

8. LAND Order of Sale (Rocky Houston)
Order of Sale for properties acquired by Douglas County through tax foreclosure proceedings or otherwise. Public Auction is scheduled at 10am on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 in Room 216 and will be published in newspapers throughout Douglas County.

9. LAND License to Use Land (Rocky Houston)
Douglas County grants Oregon State University, Extension Service the non-exclusive rights to use land located at the Glide Transfer Site for the annual Douglas County School Forestry Tour at no charge.

10. PLANNING Order (Joshua Shaklee)
Order affirming the decision of the Planning Commission in the Dan Corcoran request for a Plan Amendment to amend/reclassify a .69+/- acre portion of the beaches and dunes overlay. P/D File #19-082.

11. PLANNING Order (Joshua Shaklee)
Order affirming the decision of the Planning Commission in the Panterra NW request for a Plan Amendment from Industrial (IN) to Tourist Commercial (CT) and Zone Change from (M-3) Heavy Industrial to (CT) Tourist Commercial on 7.20 acres. P/D File # 19-074.

12. PUBLIC WORKS License of Entry (Scott Adams)
License of Entry with Lamplight Communities LLC allowing the County to enter their property to make improvements to their existing driveway as part of the Old Hwy 99N: Winchester Bridge to Pleasant Ave Project.

13. PUBLIC WORKS/Ops & Maintenance Order Authorizing Purchase (Scott Adams)
Order Authorizing Purchase of herbicides from Wilber-Ellis Company in the amount of $116,600.63.

14. SOLID WASTE Contract Extension & Modification (Scott Adams)
First Extension and Modification of Contract #31550 between Douglas County and St. Vincent De Paul Society of Lane County, Inc. to extend term date to February 28, 2021 and modify contractors services and rates. All other terms remain unchanged.
