PROCLAMATION 2016 Youth With Disabilities Awareness Day (Dean Hatfield/RHS Homecoming Queen Kelli Jones/Jamie Fummerton

1. Approval of the Minutes of March 2, 2016

2. BID OPENING Public Works (Robb Paul)
For the paving of Old Hwy 99S, County Road #400, Mile Post 18.61 to Mile Post 20.57. Project includes paving, earthwork, and the repair and replacement of guardrail.

3. ASSESSOR Tax Refund Over $5,000.00 (Roger Hartman)
Tax Court Order #16-0001 for 2012, 2013 and 2014 for the following:
- Health Care Property Investors: $8,051.79 (2012)
- Health Care Property Investors: $13,328.40 (2013)
- Health Care Property Investors: $12,589.82 (2014)

4. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Communication Facility Use Agreement (Kevin Potter)
Facility Use Agreement with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) at the Tiller Communications Site allowing BLM to install, access, and operate temporarily a solar powered Remote Automated Weather Station (RAWS). The RAWS will be used as an early warning tool for the protection of life and property along Stouts Creek should there be major rain events. There is no cost.

5. PUBLIC HEALTH Amendment to Health Funding (Dr. Bob Dannenhoffer)
Third Amendment to the Oregon Health Authority 2015-2017 Intergovernmental Agreement for the financing of public health services. Increases funding to Douglas County by $7,879.00 for a total of $1,349,758.00.

6. PUBLIC HEALTH Contract Amendment (Dr. Bob Dannenhoffer)
Sixth Contract Amendment with Umpqua Community Health Center which provides a school based health care center at Douglas High School. Increases funding by $2,327.00 to $52,677.00.

7. PUBLIC HEALTH Contract Amendment (Dr. Bob Dannenhoffer)
Sixth Contract Amendment with Umpqua Community Health Center which provides a school based health care center at Roseburg High School. Increases funding by $2,327.00 to $52,677.00.

8. PUBLIC WORKS Contract Modification (Robb Paul)
Contract Modification with Southern Septic Service to increase contract amount from $25,000.00 to $50,000.00. The Contract is for servicing of portable toilets at the Douglas County Landfill and Transfer Sites.

9. SHERIFF Modification to Intergovernmental Agreement (John Hanlin or Brian Sanders)
First Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement with Umpqua Community College to add an additional part-time deputy for total of 90 hours per month beginning February 1, 2016 through June 10, 2016.

10. MISCELLAEOUS Grant Agreement (Commissioner Boice)
Grant Agreement with Umpqua Economic Development Partnership, Inc. in the amount of $10,000.00 to M&D Ventures LLC.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held March 16, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR. The meeting is available via Video Conferencing to Reedsport citizens at the Reedsport Annex, 680 Fir Street, Reedsport, OR.
