MINUTES of the Board Meeting held on February 13, 2008.
SPECIAL PRESENTATION by the National Weather Service, Medford Forecast Office. Douglas County has earned TsunamiReady/StormReady recognition for its disaster preparedness and severe weather educational activities.
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
ASSESSOR
1. Order refunding taxes to Monte Montgomery, in the amount of $447.27.
MANAGEMENT AND FINANCE
1. Amendments to two intergovernmental line of credit agreements with the Winchester Bay Sanitary District. The original agreements were filed November 12, 2004 and February 26, 2004. The amendments extend the due dates on the credit lines.
PUBLIC WORKS
1. Amendment of intergovernmental agreement with the Oregon Department of Transportation for construction of the Roseburg Landfill leachate transmission line.
2. Intergovernmental agreement with the Oregon Department of Transportation in the amount of $7,000,000 for Del Rio intersection at Winchester.
