CITIZEN PARTICIPATION ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. PUBLIC HEARING – Annexation of Property (Keith Cubic)
Annexation of Property and “Order Incorporating Territory” to the Glide Rural Fire District. Chief Petitioner: PIERCE.
2. PUBLIC HEARING – Re-Annexation of Property (Keith Cubic)
Annexation of Property and “Order Incorporating Territory” to the Glide Rural Fire District. Chief Petitioner: STERCHI.
3. DISTRICT ATTORNEY – Intergovernmental Agreement Amendment (Rick Wesenberg)
Intergovernmental Agreement Amendment with the Department of Human Services. The Amendment provides an additional $30,000.00 to the original amount for a total of $85,035.00 for the biennium. The funding fully funds a .7 FTE Legal Assistant.
4. HEALTH & SOCIAL SERVICES – Annual Certifications and Assurances (Peggy Madison)
Annual list of Certifications and Assurances for Public Transportation for Federal Transit Administration Grants and Cooperative Agreements for signature. No budget impact.
5. MANAGEMENT & FINANCE – Order (Jessica Pence)
Board Order for tax reimbursement to the Department of Revenue for uncollected taxes and interest on foreclosed properties.
6. PLANNING – Annual Report for 2013 (Keith Cubic)
7. PUBLIC WORKS – Local Agency Agreement (Robb Paul)
Local Agency Agreement with Oregon Department of Transportation for local bridge program project – Lookingglass Creek Bridge Replacement No. 19C198.
