MINUTES of the Board meeting held on February 8, 2012
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – Intergovernmental Agreement (Kevin Potter)
Intergovernmental Agreement with Douglas County and Coos Forest Protection Agency (CFPA) for the Signal Tree Wireless Communications Site. This is a mutually beneficial agreement and no money will be exchanged.
2. PUBLIC WORKS – Intergovernmental Agreement (Robb Paul)
Intergovernmental Agreement with Oregon Department of Transportation for Right of Way services on Olalla Creek (Upper Olalla Road) Bridge #19C497.
3. MANAGEMENT AND FINANCE – Delegation of Authority (Richard Arrow)
An Order appointing Richard S. Arrow, County Accountant and Tax Collector for Douglas County and Delegating Authority to enter into specified contracts on behalf of Douglas County and to engage in other specified activity.
4. MISCELLANEOUS – Resolution (Tracy Loomis)
Resolution authorizing submission of Roberts Creek Enterprise Zone boundary amendment.
5. MISCELLANEOUS – Reappointment to Sunshine Acres Road District
One vacancy exists on the Sunshine Acres Road District due to the expired term of Teresa Middleton. Teresa Middleton would like to be reappointed to a term that will expire December 31, 2014.
6. MISCELLANEOUS – Reappointment to Upper Cleveland Rapids Special Road District
One vacancy exists on the Upper Cleveland Rapids Special Road District due to the expired term of Tony Lane. Tony Lane would like to be reappointed to a term that will expire December 31, 2014.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held February 22, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
