1. MINUTES - Approval of the Minutes of January 27, 2016

3. DINT – Ratification of Letter of Understanding (Patrick Moore)
Letter of Understanding between Douglas County and the Department of Justice represents reimbursement to the county for marijuana eradication already performed in 2015.

4. DINT – Conversion and Transfer of Seized Property (Patrick Moore)
In accordance with past practice, County Code(s), and Oregon Revised Statutes, DINT is presenting a list of seized firearms requesting to be converted to law enforcement use and transferred to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department.

5. PUBLIC HEALTH – Local Match Payment (Bob Dannenhoffer)
Authorization to pay Local Match dollars in the amount of $25,000.00 for the Babies First/CaCoon program. The funds will be matched and then provided through the Umpqua Community Action Network (UCAN).

6. PUBLIC WORKS – Contract Award
Contract Award in the amount of $65,112.50 to Gage It Construction, LLC for the Guardrail Repair project.

7. PUBLIC WORKS – Agreement with Douglas Forest Protective Association (Robb Paul)
Agreement for Douglas Forest Protective Association (DFPA) to provide personnel for Firewise Communities programs within Douglas County.

8. SENIOR SERVICES – Trademark License Agreement (Jeannie Wright)
Agreement to allow Senior Services to use the National “Meals on Wheels” materials and logos.

9. SENIOR SERVICES – Amendment of Intergovernmental Agreement (Jeannie Wright)
Third Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement with the Department of Human Services. Extends the term of the Agreement for Aging and Disability Resource Connection program to September 29, 2016.

10. MISCELLANEOUS – Resolution (Commissioner Freeman)
Douglas County has been requested to intervene in litigation in relation to the Endangered Species Act relative to the Pacific Marten.

11. MISCELLANEOUS – Resolution (Commissioner Freeman)
Douglas County has been requested to join a class action lawsuit relative to the County Trust Lands.

12. MISCELLANEOUS – Resolution (Commissioner Boice)
Resolution in opposition of the passage of House Bill 4147 of 2016 and Senate Bill 1551 of 2016 during the 2016 legislative session.

13. MISCELLANEOUS – Grant Agreement (Commissioner Boice)
Grant Agreement between Douglas County and Umpqua Economic Development Partnership. Grant Agreement is for the contribution of a one-time sum of $15,000.00 to be used exclusively for the Med-Ed Communication Campaign.

14. MISCELLANEOUS – Reedsport Justice Court (Commissioner Freeman)
Order appointing Jad Lemhouse (Linn County JP) as Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore for Steve Miller (Reedsport JP) to serve in his temporary absence or other incapacity from January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held February 10, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR. The meeting is available via Video Conferencing to Reedsport citizens at the Reedsport Annex, 680 Fir Street, Reedsport, OR.
