APPROVAL OF MINUTES: January 19, 2011
CITIZEN COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. COUNTY COUNSEL – Order Appointing Pro Temore
Order appointing Candace Hissong as the Canyonville Justice of the Peace Pro Temore and Carol Roberts as Glendale Justice of the Peace Pro Temore for the time period of January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011.
2. PARKS & BUILDING FACILITIES – Contract with Humbert Building Inc.
Bid #999 was opened on January 5, 2011 by the Board of Commissioners. The lowest bid was received from Humbert Building Inc. and the Order Awarding Contract was signed January 12, 2011. The contract is in the amount of $59,508.00.
3. MISCELLANEOUS – Appointment to Sable Drive Road District
Two vacancies exist on the Sable Drive Road District due to the expired term of Ian Evans and the resignation of Stan Vejtasa. The residents of Sable Drive were notified of the vacancies and two applications were received. Ian Evans would like to be reappointed and Dana Gardin would like to be appointed. Both terms would end December 31, 2013.

The next regularly scheduled Board of Commissioners meeting will be held February 2, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
