PUBLIC COMMENTS FROM JANUARY 16, 2008
HEARING
1. Public Works – Hearing in the matter of a franchise transfer from Horning Brothers Sanitary Service to Southern Oregon Sanitation, Inc.
DINT
1. Agreement with the Department of Corrections for allocation of funds available from the COPS methamphetamine Initiative Grant.
HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES
1. Mutual termination agreement with Jefferson Behavioral Health, contract #23946, relating to an Oregon Health Resources and Services Administration grant to develop community level behavioral health inter-regional surge response plan. The amount is not to exceed $200,000 for services provided through June 30, 2009.
JUSTICE COURTS
1. Extension of contract #21946 with Chaves Consulting, Inc., for Majic software and internet services for all the Justice Courts. The total amount of $13,152 is divided between the four Justice Courts.
