ELECTION -- FOR CHAIR OF THE BOARD FOR 2010.
MINUTES of the Board meeting held on December 30, 2009
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION FOR COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. Bid Opening #980 – For 911 Digital Voice Recording System
Bids will be reviewed and evaluated based on options, features and technical configurations.
2. ASSESSORS – Tax Refunds
Order refunding taxes to: Kevin Andrew Hoque & Stephanie Carroll Hoque in the amount of $541.29; Rodney & Anica Severson in the amount of $383.34; Kenny Jacobs in the amount of $554.81; and Joe & Joanne Haugen in the amount of $957.33.
3. COMMUNICATIONS – First Amendment to PacifiCorp Contract
First amendment to the PacifiCorp contract at Watson Ridge radio site. The placement of the antenna was omitted. We will be replacing the 1 antenna with 2 antennae.
4. FLEET SERVICES – Order Awarding Bid #982 for One (1) New Half Ton, Four Door, Four Wheel Drive, Special Service Sport Utility Vehicle
Bid #982 was opened at a regularly scheduled Board of Commissioner’s meeting on December 23, 2009. Bids were reviewed and compared with the Oregon State Price Agreement. Bid awarded to Power Chevrolet in the amount of $29,753.00.
5. FLEET SERVICES – Order Awarding Bid #981 for Two (2) New, One Ton, 15 Passenger Vans
Bid #981 was opened at a regularly scheduled Board of Commissioner’s meeting on December 23, 2009. Bids were reviewed and compared with the Oregon State Price Agreement. Bid awarded to Power Chevrolet in the amount of $55,076.00.
6. PARKS & BUILDING FACILITIES – Order Awarding Contract to McKinstry
RFP #978 was opened on December 23, 2009 by Parks & Building Facilities Department for Technical Energy Audit Services. Pursuant to ORS 276.900 through 276.915 and OAR 330-130-0090 and through the agreement with the Department of Energy, RFP’s were issued only to those Energy Service Companies pre-qualified by, and who have signed an Agreement to Agree with the Department of Energy. The most responsive proposal was received from McKinstry.
7. PUBLIC WORKS – Order Setting Hearing
Order setting hearing for transferring jurisdiction of a portion of four streets from Douglas County to the City of Roseburg.
