The following people are authorized to perform civil marriage ceremonies; whether one of them will perform your ceremony is their decision, not ours. The phone numbers are provided to help you check their availability, and fees.
Douglas County Clerk

- Ceremonies are scheduled at the time the marriage license is issued or if you have already purchased a marriage license, you must return to the County Clerk’s office with that license to schedule a ceremony.
- The fee is $100.00 cash at the time the ceremony is scheduled.
- These ceremonies are only performed at the Courthouse during working hours.
- You will need to bring at least two witnesses, 18 years old or older, for the ceremony. You may bring up to 15 guests.
