Candidate Forum Calendar

October 16, 2018 is the last day to register to vote.

Ballots will be mailed October 18-19, 2018.  If you have not received our ballot by October 25th, please contact our office (541-440-4252)

Out of State ballots will be mailed October 8, 2018.

Military and Overseas ballots will be mailed September 21, 2018.

Postage is NOT required when using these drop site boxes to cast your ballot. Drop site locations

Voting Instructions
fill ovalsFill in the ovals on your ballot that correspond to your choice. You can use a pen or pencil, any color ink. However, our preference is blue or black ink pen.


After filling out your ballot, put it in the optional secrecy sleeve. (It is not required that you use this sleeve. If you forget, we will still count your ballot.)

Yes, we check every signature to ensure it matches the voter registration card we have on file for you. If we have any questions about your signature, we will contact you.

Make sure the information regarding your home address and mailing address are correct. If something is incorrect, you can make the change on the envelope for this election but should re-register with the correct information prior to the next election.

Your ballot must be in an official drop box by 8:00 p.m. November 6, 2018.

Postmarks do not count so make sure you allow enough time for the ballot to be returned to us.
If you have any questions, check with your postal carrier.
