INSPECTION
Verify plot plan information and setbacks
Site (Stand): vegetation
removed; leveled; graded and drained; vapor barrier (if under footings; not permitted
under slab); anchor approval, location and installation
Cut and Fill Site
(Stand): If on fill exceeding 12 inches in depth below the bottom of the
footings a soils compaction test shall be provided by the owner.
May be combined with the
foundation/runner inspection
ALLOW ONE
DAY FOR INSPECTION BEFORE SCHEDULING CONCRETE. |
FOUNDATION/RUNNERS
INSPECTION
Foundation/Slab/Concrete runner forms (wire
mesh or rebar in place and suspended) - Chapter 3-5 and 3-8
Anchor approval, location and installation

SETUP INSPECTION

Electrical Feeder Inspection -
may require approval by State Electrical Inspector prior to Setup Inspection -
