CITIZEN PARTICIPATION ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY
1. HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES – Mental Health Services Contract (Peggy Madison)
Mental Health Day Treatment Services Contract with Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. Fee charged for services provided to Oregon Health Plan clients.
2. HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES – Intergovernmental Agreement (Peggy Madison)
Intergovernmental Agreement #140173 with Oregon DHS Office of Child Welfare Program. Funding for mental health staff to perform Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) screenings. Allowable expenses up to $25,000.00. Term of the Agreement is February 15, 2013 to January 1, 2014.
3. PARKS – Contract with Paul L. Bentley, Architect (Gary Groth)
Contract with Paul L. Bentley, Architect to provide services for the Park Office/Oregon State Police remodel project. Total contract not to exceed $100,000.00.
4. PLANNING – Southern Oregon Regional Pilot Program (Keith Cubic)
Seventh update on the Southern Oregon Regional Pilot Program (SORPP) to provide information on recent staff work, meetings, grant task completion, mapping, TAC and overall project progress.
5. MISCELLANEOUS – Contract with DK Reed Investments LLC. (Douglas County Industrial Development Board) Alex Campbell
Request For Proposal #024 for realtor listing services was opened by Alex Campbell on behalf of the Douglas County Industrial Development Board (DCIDB). The only proposal received was from DK Reed Investments LLC. The cost for services is $2,500.00 flat fee for listing plus 3.5% sales commission to selling agent.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held March 20, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
