1. BID OPENING – Bid #032 for (1) New 1 Ton, 15 Passenger Van (Mike Blanck)

2. PUBLIC HEARING – Annexation of Property (Keith Cubic)
Annexation of Property and Order Incorporating Territory into the Ten Mile Rural Fire District. Chief Petitioner: QUINN-WEBER

3. PUBLIC HEARING – Annexation of Property (Keith Cubic)
Annexation of Property and Order Incorporating Territory to the Ten Mile Rural Fire District. Chief Petitioner: NELSON

4. PUBLIC HEARING – Annexation of Property (Keith Cubic)
Annexation of Property and Order Incorporating Territory into Douglas County Fire District 2. Chief Petitioner: HENDERLONG

7. BUILDING FACILITIES – Contract with Trane Oregon (Kevin Potter)
Contract with Trane Oregon for cooling equipment service and maintenance. Cost: $27,302.82 per year plus additional services as needed.

8. PUBLIC WORKS – Intergovernmental Agreement (Robb Paul)
Intergovernmental Agreement with the Oregon Department of Transportation for Right of Way Services on the Eagle Valley Road Slide.

9. PUBLIC WORKS – Resolution for the Acquisition of Real Property (Robb Paul)
Resolution for the Acquisition of Real Property for the reconstruction of a portion of Eagle Valley Road, County Road No.389.

10. MISCELLANEOUS – Umpqua Training and Employment Contract (Alex Campbell)
Contract with Umpqua Training and Employment for the Umpqua Community College Truck Driving School Scholarship. The County will contribute $50,000.00 to the pool of funds to be administered by Umpqua Training and Employment. The purpose of the pool is to assist qualified students with tuition and related fees necessary to complete the UCC Commercial Truck Driving Program.

11. MISCELLANEOUS – Reappointment to the Springbrook Special Road District (Doug Robertson)
A vacancy exists on the Springbrook Special Road District due to the expired term of Holly Burton. Ms. Burton would like to be reappointed to a new term that would end December 31, 2015.

12. MISCELLANEOUS – Reappointment to the Salmon Habitat Advisory Committee (Robb Paul)
A vacancy will exist on the Salmon Habitat Advisory Committee (SHIP) due to the expiring term of Gary Lewis. Mr. Lewis would like to be reappointed to a new term that would end January 30, 2015.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held January 23, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
